In Techsoulogy we keep growing and, therefore, we are looking for a passionate and experienced Site Reliability Engineer (SRE / DevOps to join our **Infrastructure team**.

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the company's critical infrastructure and services, optimizing system availability and performance, and solving complex technical problems.

As a** SRE / DevOps** you will:

- Design, implement, and maintain scalable and highly available infrastructures.
- Develop and implement security policies to protect the company's data and systems.
- Automate routine tasks using scripts and configuration management tools.
- Automate and improve development and release processes.
- Collaborate with development teams to improve operational efficiency and system reliability.
- Proactively resolve technical incidents and performance issues.
- Participate in the planning and execution of system upgrades and migrations.
- Create and maintain detailed technical documentation of infrastructure and operational procedures.
- Conduct post-mortem analyses and generate incident reports to prevent future issues.
- Participate in on-call rotations to respond to incidents outside of business hours.
- Control and optimize infrastructure costs.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
**We are looking for if you have**:

- Demonstrable experience in Linux/Unix system administration.
- Deep knowledge of monitoring and infrastructure management tools such as Prometheus, Nagios, Grafana, or similar.
- Experience with automation and configuration management tools such as Ansible, Packer and Terraform.
- Proficiency in Bash scripting.
- Familiarity with container technologies and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience managing relational and non-relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc..
- Knowledge of networks and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, etc..
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Experience with CI/CD systems (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc..
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Collaborative mindset

**Valuable**:

- Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified SysOps Administrator, Google Professional Cloud DevOps Engineer, or similar.
- Experience with Kafka, Redis or Aerospike
- Experience with Consul
- Experience with PHP
- Deep knowledge of Security
- High level of Spanish
