What do we offer you?
Paid annual scholarship of €1,000 net per month and 18 days holiday.
Training and 12-month internship agreement with The Power MBA.
**4-day work-week**: we work 34 hours within a 4-day work-week to promote creativity and work-life balance. In addition, we have flexible start and finish times and one day of teleworking.
**Offices open to the sea**: we are located in Barceloneta, facing the Mediterranean Sea. The views inspire us and the environment allows us to enjoy a healthy lifestyle: doing sport, cycling, walking or eating outdoors.

What are we looking for?
A university degree with professional experience.
Creative, proactive people, willing to generate changes and propose innovative solutions.
Sensitivity for the fashion and retail sector.
Residence in BCN or surrounding area.
High level of English. Other languages are a plus.
Immediate incorporation
What will your role be?
As a YT Graphic Designer, you will support the creation of graphic design content for the collections, preparing prints and ensuring graphic support for the Designer, Pattern Maker, and other Departments, while staying aligned with the latest graphic design trends in the market.
**Trend research**: Gather market information by analyzing colors, shapes, and other graphic design trends to select the graphic designs for the existing collection.
**Collection design**: Support in defining graphic trends, prints, and color samples to be used in the collection, adapting them to the specifications of each garment and preparing the technical sheets for the collection's prints.
**Support to other Departments**: Provide graphic design support to other Departments as needed (presentations, catalogs, look books, labels, etc.).
