**Descripción del puesto**:
For our store in ECI Marbella we're looking for a Part Time Sales Assistant, English and Spanish speaking, to cover in July and August Sundays (8h) and from the 5th of September to the 2nd October extending the working hours at 30h in order to cover vacations.
Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Assisting the store in achieving store sales goals and maximizing profitability through the effective assistance with the management of store team and implementation of company programs, policies and procedures.
- Acting as a positive role model to all store employees, representing and supporting the Diesel brand and values.
- Continuously improving and developing specific skills by taking ownership of the responsibilities assigned (i.e., customer service/ merchandising/operations)
- Exercises discretion and independent judgment in the day-to-day management of salespersons and of key functional areas.
- Will be responsible for providing an excellent customer service in omnichannel sales, ensuring to clients a high level shopping experience always achieving sales targets and KPIs of the store. The ideal profile will work as Brand Ambassador able to represent the image and to transfer the values of the brand in terms of standing, knowledges and contents to transfer to clients.
- Responsible for the sale of Diesel products in the store, for all customer service and information tasks.
- Responsible for product stock control and replenishment orders.
- Very focused on results and on targets, able to work in fast and dynamic environment

- The customer is a top priority, and you excel on building relationships with your clients and providing a world class experience
- Have at least 2 years of experience in fashion retail, preferably in a Premium or Luxury Company
- Have strong attitude and specific knowledges in managing a proper selling ceremony and customer service, and proven attitude to omnichannel sales.
- Are very focused on results and on targets, able to work in fast and dynamic environment
- Have strong interest for fashion market and his main influencer, brands and dynamics. Really updated about trends and needs of our customer target
- Provide an excellent customer service in omnichannel sales, ensuring to clients a high level shopping experience always achieving sales targets and KPIs of the store.
- Have fluent in English and Spanish, the knowledge of a third language will be considered a plus.
Other information
Hours: Part Time (8h) in August and 30h from 05/09 to 02/10. Availability to work on shift from Monday to Sunday.
