**Job Description**:
In the last months VORTAL has grown a lot in Spain, counting with more than 90 employees in this country, belonging to 4 different companies.

Based in our Madrid Office, in this position you will be reporting to the IT Services Lead, who is based in Lisbon. You will be directly supporting our Madrid and Vigo offices. Your team is responsible for providing technical assistance on computer systems and similar, serving as the first contact for our internal users, always looking to optimize their lives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Installation, Administration, Maintenance of Computers and Software;
- Guarantee the stock management of computer materials, according to the needs;
- Manage Software licenses, certificates and domains;
- Manage Data Center and Software vendors;
- Proactively identify opportunities to evolve and improve the IT support delivery systems;
Education
- Specific intermediate vocational training (Formación profesional específica de grado medio);
Skills & Knowledge
- Fluent Spanish, written and spoken mandatory;
- English (written and spoken) mandatory;
- Entrepreneurship, tenacity, proactive attitude and creative thinking;
- Ability to work with a team and by objectives;
Experience
- Up to 2 years of relevant work experience;
- Experience as IT Helpdesk;
