**Primary mission**

We are looking for a Junior Product Manager to join our mobile squad based in the very center of Barcelona. Your main responsibilities will be to stay up-to-date, and operative, and also to solve the possible issues of the test center in over 28 countries based on our offices in Barcelona. The squad is in charge of analyzing, defining, and delivering seamless features for our loyalty app in over 28 European countries.

In the mobile App team, we are responsible for maintaining & creating new features that will enhance our product and support our business such as purchase summaries, digital receipts, initial configurations, or several functionalities that contribute to our customers purchasing behavior through personalized coupons and offers.

**Main Responsabilities**
- Collaborate with the PM of the squad/domain most of your main responsibilities will be related to the maintenance of the test centers.
- Prioritize and manage the request from other teams/squads.
- Prioritize the possible issues depending on the urgency and impact.
- Be updated on how work goes on related to the test lab (issues and requests).
- Report the pending or ongoing product improvements to owners/product managers.
- Keep updated and work together with the test center and the country stakeholders.
- Track the issues and resolutions of them.
- Maintenance tasks, and configurations depending on the need of the situation.
- Procedure creation.

**Required Skills**:

- Knowledge of XML / HTML language.
- Previous experience with structural cabling, CPD maintenance, and different connections between network equipment and servers.
- SQL knowledge.
- High level of organization and excellent management skills.
- Communicative skills.
- Detail-oriented and analytic skills.
- Ability to work in a team without losing the desire to undertake.
- Empathy/passion for dealing with internal and external customers.
- Professional ethics, enthusiasm, and ability to adapt at a fast pace,
- Multitasking capability, so you can adjust priorities on the fly.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and remain calm in possible moments of pressure.
- Go beyond customer service: anticipate possible problems, understand how to manage the needs of a technical team in relation to the needs of our customers.
- High level of Spanish and English is required, German is appreciated.
