We are seeking dynamic, highly motivated and skilled individuals with experience in delivering people programs, including client engagements to support large scale global transformational programs, in areas such as:

- **Design HR transformation**initiatives based on a deep understanding of HR processes and target operating model, business strategies and leading practice point of view **with innovative solutions**.
- **Lead client-facing workforce transformation** projects to support our clients in the following areas**: strategic workforce planning**, **talent and skill management, learning strategy, organization design and architecture, people analytics, AI adoption.**:

- **Lead large-scale transformation projects**from a **people and change management perspective**.
- Evaluate and manage client challenges so that our clients can **maximize** the **return on their global investment in human capital** **through technology and digital solutions.**
- Be able to effectively support all aspects of engagement delivery end-to-end with a strong client focus, working closely with other team members to successfully deliver project outcomes
- Be a fast learner and analytical thinker
- Have great communication and collaboration skills
- Have experience working in a complex, fast moving environment and dealing professionally with multiple stakeholders
- Be able to work effectively with little supervision and tight deadlines
- Have strong execution, ownership and accountability skills
- Be a team player
- Manage work and personal commitments within an agile working policy, which means having space for flexibility in how, when and where you complete your work to meet project deliverables
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university required and HR advanced degree from an accredited college/university is preferred
- Minimum of 2 years’ consulting experience with Human Resources
- English Proficiency
- Other certifications: Scrum Master, Design Thinking, Prosci, PMI, HR technology certifications
