FREENOW is looking for a passionate and dedicated Head of Business Travel for FREENOW for Business.
Reporting directly to the VP B2B, you will drive the Business Travel strategy to drive growth & innovation throughout our largest business segment.
Working closely with relevant HQ and local stakeholders, this is an excellent opportunity to join a Pan European company formed of highly motivated teams in a fast-paced, multicultural and high impact environment at an influential level.
**Your major goals are (in no particular order)**:
- Reach / overachieve your P&L targets
- Achieve 40+% YoY growth
- Collaborate with the Product team to bring to design and implement the Product Vision
- Foster an environment of performance, collaboration & fun
- Challenge the status quo and contribute to the success of FREENOW for Business within the B2B Leadership team
**Your day-to-day**:
- Define, execute and communicate (internally and externally) the Business Travel strategy
- Manage key stakeholders in order to successfully execute the approved strategy across various functions including Product & Tech, Marketing, local operations, the driver team, PDC, Pricing, MPP, etc
- Lead the monthly reporting to the Senior Management Team including performance and initiative development
- Manage the Business Travel P&L incl. Budgeting and Forecasting
- Oversee all operations related to the success of Business Travel
- Develop our roadmap in cooperation with the Product & Tech team
- Lead cross-functional task force projects to implement initiatives on time and budget
- Face operational challenges head-on, identify risks, and seize opportunities to drive sustainable growth and shape our operational landscape
- Cultivate strong relationships with your leadership colleagues, key stakeholders within the functions, and external partners
- As a leader (via dotted line and by being a role model), foster a climate of growth and excellence
- Monitor & Leverage the latest developments on the market including the competitive environment
- Make proposals for change wherever and whenever you feel it is needed to meet the demands of our scaling business
- Drive our Go to Market strategy successfully across your product line and through all channels available (Marketing, Sales, Customer success, Partnerships, Product, etc )
**TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE**:
- You're a go-getter, eager to tackle complex challenges with creative and innovative solutions that significantly impact our team, customers, and operations
- You have a mixed background of consultancy and tech
- You approach tasks as a number-driven systems thinker, favouring a pragmatic and outcome-oriented approach
- You have prior experience in a high complexity environment such as consulting or a startup/scale up, either in operations or growth/business development
- You enjoy working on complex challenges in a collaborative non-hierarchical setup, **not being afraid to step outside the confines of your role or job description**:
- You're a positive spirit, fitting in seamlessly with our friendly team who believe in the importance of a positive and fun work environment

- Proven capability of working in cross functional teams
- You are fluent in English
- A strong foundation in B2B go to market strategies is a plus
