**About the Role**

As a **Technical Consultant**, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional support and technical guidance. You'll collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to deliver solutions that meet evolving requirements.

Key responsibilities:
Customer Support:

- Triage and resolve incoming requests, escalating bugs to the development team.
- Provide remote support on weekends as scheduled.

Solution Delivery:

- Deliver minor changes requested by live customers.

Technical Account Management:

- Proactive approach to live customers to follow-up on system performance, future plans for upgrade and in general enhance customer engagement with our solutions.

**Technical Skills Required**:

- Containers & Orchestration: Familiarity with Docker Swarm and Kubernetes.
- Elastic Stack: Experience in querying, implementation and management.
- Web Services: Knowledge of RESTful APIs and SOAP.
- System Administration: Proficiency in Linux/Windows system monitoring and automation.
- Development & Scripting:

- PowerShell scripting skills.
- Basic C# knowledge.

**Soft Skills & Attributes**:

- Problem-solving and innovation.
- Self-motivation and adaptability to new technologies.
- Previous experience in technical support and/or financial services is desirable
