**Mission**: The Head of FOAK (Plant Development) will lead the design and construction of a first-of-a-kind (FOAK) commercial plant, ensuring delivery on time and within budget. This role involves building and managing a top-tier plant development team and working closely with company founders to scale operations.

- Design and build the FOAK plant quickly and cost-effectively.
- Recruit and lead a high-performing engineering team.
