PayRetailers is a payment gateway designed to handle mass online payments to the Latin American market. The company combines local markets expertise with payment technology enabling global merchants to successfully expand their business into high growth, emerging markets while eliminating the many operational complexities of managing cross-border payments.
The Fraud & Claims department is fueled by a passion for continuous improvement and problem solving. As a Senior Claims Analyst, you will assist PayRetailers’ clients in payment disputes resolution, facilitating communications between end-customers, payment method providers and e-commerce platforms. The working hours will be from 09:30 to 18:30 from Monday to Friday (Reduced working hours on Fridays).
**Job duties and Responsibilities**:
- Escalate issues detected through end-customer support to IT Helpdesk.
- Perform UAT for new dispute management tools.
- Collaborate with other stakeholders to solve complex payment dispute and settlement discrepancies (Support, Legal, Financial Partners, etc.)
- Report resolutions, refunds and adjustments weekly to Finance.
- Write and review operating procedures for new payment method providers or department initiatives.
- Assist team members in complex disputes and end-customer queries.
- Educate Merchants and other stakeholders on the department’s operating procedures.
- Manage chargebacks and other payment disputes by gathering supporting evidence and processing written correspondence to recover funds for PayRetailers’ Merchants.
**Experience and Qualifications**:
