Cepheid is proud to work alongside a community of six fellow Diagnostics Companies at Danaher. Together, we’re working at the pace of change to improve patient lives with diagnostic tools that address the world’s biggest health challenges. We are looking for a **Field Service Engineer** in** Spain**, responsible for providing field service support in the South of the Country. Within the Iberia team of 5 Field Service Engineers, you will represent around 100 customers and 120 instruments. **In this role you will**: - Handle installations and customer training. - Perform routine standard procedures to isolate and fix problems in malfunctioning equipment or software - Provide support on company product instrumentation. - Work closely with the Technical support team to address customer complaints to resolve corrective action and customer follow-up - Document and report the company's product "design reliability" and "maintenance issues" and/or problems to technical support. **Key requirements**: - Technical High School with 2-4 years of related work experience OR Technical-Scientific degree (Mechanical, Software, Electronics, Biomedical...) with 1-2 years of work experience - Proficient in Spanish and English is required.
