We are looking for a/an Head Marketing Content and Communications Chemtech to join our CT_HQ & SBD team in Spain.

At Sulzer Chemtech, we’re looking for a Head of Marketing Content & Communications to lead our worldwide marketing efforts, build a content-driven approach from the ground up, and lead impactful campaigns that elevate our division across multiple markets. **Your main tasks and responsibilities**:

- Lead a senior, strategic, and hands-on marketing role, driving impactful content creation while energizing internal communications and events.
- Own the marketing strategy from start to finish, driving innovation and delivering tangible results.
- Immerse yourself in current marketing practices and champion the exciting shift toward a truly customer-focused approach.
- Devise and steer marketing and campaign strategies, creating smooth processes that consistently deliver high-impact content.
- Craft clear customer journeys and ensure all communications align seamlessly with wider company goals.
- Inspire and guide a dynamic, international marketing team to achieve excellence.
- Plan and execute powerful trade fairs, conferences, and global events and campaigns that make a real impact.
- Collaborate with global divisions and corporate services to ensure unified and compelling messaging.
- Monitor success through insightful data analysis and adapt tactics to stay ahead of the curve.
- Lead collaborations with external agencies and vendors to maximize creativity and impact.

**To succeed in this role, you will need**:

- 5 -10 years of marketing experience, ideally within industrial or B2B environments, with a deep understanding of complex markets.
- A strategic marketing leader with a strong history of successfully managing and inspiring teams to deliver impactful results.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills that enable you to inspire confidence, influence key decision-makers, and build strong, collaborative relationships across diverse teams.
- Proven experience managing significant budgets while thriving in fast-paced, international environments.
- Thrives in high-pressure environments by staying focused and adaptable, effortlessly balancing multiple priorities to navigate fast-changing situations with confidence and clarity.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
- Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience integrating AI into marketing strategies would be a bonus.
