**#About the Job**

We are looking for a hands-on Paid Media associate with 1-2 years experience in handling end to end paid media campaigns and analyzing digital media performance to generate actionable insights. You will be empowered to drive change, proactively looking for ways to optimize our performance marketing. This new position is based within the Paid Media Team that belongs to the Global Marketing Team.

This person will collaborate directly with our Global Media Specialist and will be
responsible for improving our performance in the funnel of leads through the various
channels in social media, Google Ads, Linkedin ads, etc. and building reports to
optimize paid media activities across all our campuses. Reports to the Director of Paid Acquisition.

**#Responsibilities**
- Optimize existing paid media campaigns and proactively identify opportunities for new campaigns.
- Work closely with media specialists to build a roadmap with testing strategies and analysis in alignment with the measurement framework in place
- Work closely with internal (local) stakeholders to support campuses and local markets with their needs (Campaign set-up, optimization & reporting for Events)
- Manage creative assets and help develop a testing framework to continuously improve paid channel performance
- Build interactive reports and dashboards using Metabase, Piwik Pro, Google Data Studio to enable self-service access. Build documentation for analytics grounds at the company.
- Leverage data and analytics tools to determine the effectiveness of campaigns and constantly optimize.
- Performance analysis and optimization for Paid Search and Paid social campaigns.
- Collaborate with our Digital analyst to ensure the necessary data collection is set up and bug-free

**#Must haves**
- You have a degree in Marketing or in a related field
- 1-2 years working in handling operationally performance marketing campaigns in Social Media and Paid Search with a focus on acquisition (Facebook Ads, Tiktok Ads, Linkedin Ads, Google Ads). Agency experience is highly valued.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (C1) and other European languages (German, French or Portuguese) is a plus.
- Analytics experience; we need someone who understands the key performance metrics and the connection between those metrics and further down-the-funnel performance
- Results-focus: you are very focused on delivering on your commitments and goals
- Problem-solver: you identify the issue and proactively work towards solving it
- Creative person: pay attention to industry trends and knows what type of messaging resonates best with our target audience
- Flexible: you have experience working in a fast-paced environment and know how to prioritize your tasks to focus on the items that will have the most impact
