TE Connectivity's Project Management Teams are responsible for managing the operational aspects of projects from inception of a new product through implementation in the manufacturing of that product, controlling all the aspects of the lifecycle. They coordinate cross-functional teams and serve as liaison between project management and planning, project teams and line management. Our Team and every Project manager reviews the status of projects and budgets, manages schedules and prepares status reports. They assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. They also develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams including Product design, Development and Transfer to manufacturing functions, dedicated to development and manufacturing of microfluidic products.
- Plan project activities and manage operational and technical aspects of assigned projects, ensuring milestones are reached in terms of quality and deadlines.
- Collaborate with Business development department in quotations and customer communications during all project phases, including requirements and deliveries.
- Project follow up according to company operating manual, taking care of defined goals and observance of company processes and procedures.
- Budget and risk management of assigned projects, taking appropriate mitigation or corrective actions.

What is your background
- 3-5 years Project Management in Medical Product Development.
- Experience with Project management tools
- Quality standards for the medical sector ISO13845, FDA knowledge
- Experience of managing teams across countries and cultures.
- Good communicator and a calm approach
- Engineering profile, mechanical, biomedical, etc

**Salary**: From 27,100.00€ per year
