**ROLE SUMMARY**:

- We have a vacancy for an English-speaking Early Years class teacher in this popular, well-subscribed school on the outskirts of Madrid.- The role would involve teaching either a Nursery or Reception class as part of a dedicated department of seven teachers.- The teacher appointed to the present full-time post will form part of a close and supportive department of ten teachers. The post would be to commence as soon as possible.**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- This position will be responsible for the following:
- Teaching a full-time timetable.
- Planning and delivering a range of classes across either the Nursery or Reception age group.
- Commitment and interest in group planning.
- Tutorial responsibilities.
- Willingness to take part in educational trips and visits.
- Whilst every effort has been made to explain the main duties and responsibilities of the post, each individual responsibility undertaken may not be identified. The duties outlined above are not intended as a restrictive list and may be extended or altered to include other tasks that are commensurate with the role as directed Senior Management.**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE**:

- Ability to judge learning effectivenes

**Skills and previous experience**
- A minimum of 2 years experience with English-speaking students in primary education.
- Confidence with use of ICT in teaching
- Previous experience in a high-performing international school

**Qualifications and Accreditations**
- U.K. qualified Teacher Status or equivalent
- Appropriate right to work

- Excellent organizational skills
