Responsibilities: To support the sales and/or operations teams with logistics and industrial services projects, from preparation and submission to the operational startup phases.

Objective and mission
- Scope of activities- Perform some or all of the following activities:
Carry out studies and respond to calls for tenders: Understand the customer need: analysis of specifications, meetings with and visit to the customer Contribute to development of the logistics solution to respond to a project Develop the sales strategy with sales teams Mobilize and coordinate the company's various participants to involve in the response (sales, quality, security, human resources, finance, information systems, legal, etc.) Design a technical and financial solution Validate the proposal drawn up by the authorized persons Participate in presenting bids to customers and associated negotiations. In collaboration with operations and depending on the organization selected, contribute to the start-up of a new activity: Take part in the project team starting the new service Deploy the designed solution operationally Ensure the definition, ordering and testing of the resources to be implemented (HR, storage solutions, production solutions, logistics equipment, IS, etc.) Analyze and solve problems encountered Participate in the implementation of procedures, training, reporting tools and performance monitoring (KPIs) In support and at the request of operations: take charge of the analysis and scoping of an identified problem, analyze solutions and action plans with the operational teams, monitor the implementation of actions Carry out a technology watch on new logistics processes and techniques Activities need to be adapted for employees on work-study placements (professionalization contracts, apprenticeship contracts, etc.) to be in line with their training.
