**Main missions and results**
- Responsible to perform Stop Watch studies, MTM-studies or similar (Avix) and operator workload balancing.
- Responsible to continuously updating process documents when required: Work instructions and Packaging specifications, focusing on problem solving activities.
- Supporting design of plant layouts (working cells and other areas not directly related to the production).
- Facilitating Lean Deployment into Manufacturing development environment.
- Support the creation, monitor and report progress of the CI/Plant-Roadmap.
- Delivery of successful projects using the Lean Manufacturing Philosophy and Six Sigma in production and transactional processes.
- Work with plant team to identify Lean and Six Sigma project opportunities. (Waste Walks, VSM's etc.).
- Conducts training on the principles and techniques of Lean Manufacturing.
- Actively participate in the implemented Lean Manufacturing solutions.
- Responsible for forwarding information and CI reports to its immediate superior regarding the ongoing implementation of the adopted plans.
- Actively support delivery of successful projects using the Lean Manufacturing.
- Philosophy and SixSigma in production and transactional processes.
- Designing control systems to minimize costs and production issues.
- Provide input to and confirm completion and consistency of projects and their readiness to go live.

**Preferred skills and experience**:

- 3-5 years experience in performing Stop Watch Time Studies and Work Instructions.
- 3-5 years experience in Automotive Sector preferable Continuous Improvement position.
- Effective and accurate use of Autocad (DraftSight) applied to plant layouts.
- Experience at packaging design is valuable.
- Spanish language required and fluent in English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate at all levels within the organisation.
- Team-player with a high level of personal integrity.
- Must be able to manage several tasks that are occurring at the same time.
- Competent and experienced within a high-volume automotive environment, coupled with the ability to work as an individual or as part of a team.
- Time management and achievement of deadlines.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
