Due to our growth and expansion, we need to incorporate a Business **Project Manager **for our **Consulting Division **in Pozuelo de Alarcón, **Madrid **.

Reporting directly to the BU Director, your **mission **will be:
**Project management and technical design review for renewable energy projects
**Functions and responsibilities:
As part of the owners’ engineer and consultancy team, provide technical assistance and lead the works in all project phases - project development, design, construction and commissioning - for renewable energy projects, managing the relationship with the customer and all other involved parties in the project such as EPC contractors and financing credit institutions. The position encompasses among others the following tasks:

- Project management for consultancy projects, including technical due diligence reports, technical support to M&A, RFP processes, etc.
- Design review supervision, including the technical revision and approval of the main project design engineering documentation in all disciplines.
- Construction and Commissioning monitoring and control, supervising EPC contractor’s performance.
- Electrical.
- Civil.
- Mechanical.
- I&C.

**Work location**:

- OCA Global HQ in Pozuelo de Alarcón, Madrid.
- Travelling and short term stays on project sites in Spain and worldwide would be required on commercial needs.

**Education requirements**:

- BSC in Engineering or similar.
- MSC in Renewable Energy would be favourably considered.
- MBA or similar would be favourably considered.

**Professional Experience**:

- Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar positions.
- Experience in EMEA and LATAM regions are a valuable factor.

**Languages**:

- English and Spanish: Native or full professional proficiency.
- French and/or Arabic would be favourably considered.

**Other personal skills**:

- Efficient communication, meeting organization and reporting.
- Proactivity and flexibility.
- Results and clients’ need oriented.
- Efficient problem resolution.
- Knowledge and experience in solar, wind, grid software (e.g. PVSyst, PV Case, DigSilent, etc..) would be favourably considered.
- Level Expert in MS Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc).

**CONTRACTING CONDITIONS**
- Regular Spanish unlimited labour contract.
