**Product Manager Technician**
- Position purpose

The Project Manager Technician is the person accountable for leading and supporting site activities around a specific portfolio of products, including Project Management (accomplishing project milestones within cost, time and scope), Process and Cleaning Validation, Proactive Process Monitoring and Troubleshooting.
- Major tasks and responsibilities of position
- Lead and support projects for the implementation of new products into Bayer Alcalá Site (BLM), as new developments, in-sourcing or manufacturing site transfers, as well as related product life-cycle projects.
- Validation lead for a given portfolio of products, including Process and Cleaning validation strategy, validation protocol, validation execution and validation report efforts.
- Execute the technical activities required for the project progress related within the R&D responsibilities.
- Participate on Change Management activities for NPDs and Process related changes for a given portfolio of products.
- Coordinate the necessary internal cross-functional activities required for the tasks mentioned above, assuring proper information flow, activities follow-up and adequate escalation.
- Report to the correspondent Project Manager team leader regarding the tasks and responsibilities assigned.
- Value added to the success of the company

Important role to support that Site strategic objectives are accomplished, regarding increase occupation in softgels and supporting liquid portfolio, increasing process robustness and quality performance, providing reliable and flexible supply and creating a committed and qualified organization and culture, striving for projects technical excellence.
- **Qualifications (Education, skills, experiences and personal characteristics necessary for success in this position)**
- Qualification: University degree, in technical profession (pharmacy, chemistry, engineering).
- Experience in project management, formulation development, validation, pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.
