**What will you do?**:
Inside Sales takes over quote requests from Outside Sales to drive the opportunity and quotation process with the customer. They are responsible for the administration part, produce and personalize the quote, and help driving an opportunity to closed won.
Pricing is responsible for guiding Sales with Service and Price information during quote production, developing pricing catalogue in line with sales strategy.
**What do we expect from you?**:
- Open and close sales opportunities (and end-to-end quotation process). FCL, LCL, AIR SHIPMENTS)
- Keep quotations updated
- Manage pricing process and follow up with same or other offices
- Responsible to process web leads
- Communicate and collaborate with Outside Sales
- Make decisions regarding quote requests
- Ability to reject or put the quote request on hold
- Able to pass back and let the system know when the price is completed
- Review sales and operational procedures, implementing changes to provide positive improvements
- Actively manage individual and section Key Performance Indicators to ensure a 'best in class' service is offered at all times
- Proactively support the Company performance management and appraisal system and lead the process by example
