Product Manager Building Automation

**Your mission**:
**Description**:
Intesis business unit, member of HMS Industrial Networks, provides innovative solutions for home & building automation. To support our growth, we are hiring a Product Manager.

**What we are looking for**:
Position implies high communication skills as it requires to be in contact with several departments such as Development, Supply and Marketing & sales, and a high level of organization to be able to manage different projects and procedures. Having a market-oriented profile is mandatory.

**Your profile**:
**What you will be doing**:
As a member of the Product Management team and reporting to the Product Management Director, you will perform the following tasks:

- Definition and execution of the strategy for the product portfolio under your responsibility aligned with the company’s general strategy.
- Creation of business plans, go-to-market strategy, market positioning and specification of new products.
- Market research including the identification and analysis of competitors.
- Regular contact with top customers and key accounts in Building Automation sector.
- Maintain integral product management throughout its life cycle.
- Supervision of new product development projects.
- Constant product’s portfolio review and optimization.
- Training and support to the commercial team.
- Training for Distributors/Customers.
- Exhibitions attendance.
- Preparation of marketing material, webinars, presentations, courses, texts, etc., as required.

**Essential requirements**:

- Engineering degree in Electronics, Telecommunication, or similar.
- High level of English and Spanish languages.
- Hands-on experience in Building Automation sector (HVAC, lighting, BMS...).
- Well organized and used to work in an international environment.

**Will also be valued**:

- Experience as Product Manager.
- Experience in strategic marketing.
- Knowledge of building automation protocols (KNX, BACnet, Modbus ).
- Other languages.
