Nous recherchons un(e) **E-commerce Growth & Performance Manager** pour booster la performance de nos sites : tunnel d’achat, campagnes CRM, stratégie de conversion, rétention client et plus encore.

**Ta mission**

Tu seras au cœur de la stratégie e-commerce : tu feras parler la data, tu proposeras des actions concrètes, tu amélioreras l'expérience utilisateur, et tu seras moteur de la croissance.

Tu travailleras en étroite collaboration avec les équipes Design, Tech, Logistique, Produit et Marketing.

**️ Tes responsabilités**
- Analyser les parcours d’achat et optimiser la conversion (UX, navigation, tunnel mobile/desktop)
- Piloter des campagnes CRM (segmentation, automatisation, fidélisation, retargeting)
- Définir et exécuter les temps forts commerciaux : promos, nouveautés, pages dédiées
- Suivre et améliorer les KPIs : taux de conversion, panier moyen, marge, taux de réachat
- Optimiser la stratégie catalogue : pricing, mise en avant, catégorisation
- Identifier des leviers de croissance sur les marchés, produits ou canaux
- Coordonner les créations avec l’équipe design
- Collaborer avec la tech pour faire avancer les projets à fort impact
- Produire des reportings clairs, orientés action et résultats

**Ton profil**
- 3 à 5 ans d’expérience en e-commerce, CRO, CRM ou marketing performance
- Tu es analytique, créatif(ve) et orienté(e) business
- Tu maîtrises les outils du quotidien : GA4, Klaviyo, Excel / Sheets, CMS, A/B testing, Google merchant center
- Tu es structuré(e), autonome et force de proposition
- Tu parles français et anglais couramment (l’espagnol est un plus)
