SAP Security Sr Analyst

The SAP Security Sr. IT Analyst collaborate with SAP security, audit teams, and business stakeholders to ensure SAP security design in ERP, BW and GRC system meet business and audit requirements. He or she leads cross-regional or local projects, solutions and/or processes of medium-to-high complexity; and proactively enforces worldwide and local security policies to ensure Zimmer Biomet information assets are protected. The Sr. Analyst may lead teams of non-employee resources and provides mentoring and coaching to junior team members. He or she participates actively on committees representing inter/intra IT organizations. **Principal Duties and Responsibilities**: - Lead SAP security design activities and workshops within an end-to-end implementation - Configuration of SAP Security roles in ERP, BW, GRC system - Provide ongoing operational support for SAP GRC configuration - Assist with tasks during various project lifecycle phases (e.g., design, build, test, deploy and hyper care) - Work with SAP functional team members to define security requirements - Act as SAP Security Subject Matter Expert (SME) for security standards and procedures, role design, troubleshooting, and business information requests - Review and confirm role design with stakeholders - Provide testing support and resolve security related defects - Project management - Management of non-employee resources **_ This is not an exhaustive list of duties or functions and may not necessarily comprise all of the "essential functions”_** **Expected Areas of Competence**: **Special expertise**: - Understanding of Segregation of Duties (SOD) frameworks **Languages**: - Fluent in written and spoken English; German or any additional language is an advantage **Personal skills requirements**: - Ability to drive action to achieve results with mínimal direction - Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills - Ability to coordinate and be flexible with a cross-functional team - Keen attention to detail, grammar, and formatting - High drive for continuous learning and research - Strong communication (written and verbal) and issue resolution skills - Understanding of Zimmer Biomet’s competitive environment preferred **Education/Experience Requirements**: **Education**: - Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field and 5+ professional experience required OR Master’s degree in business, technology or related field and 4+ professional experience required - 3+ years of SAP Security Experience required - At least 1 full lifecycle SAP implementation experience required - Strong experience with SAP GRC Access Control required - Experience with SAP GRC Process Control required - Project management experience required - SAP Certified Technology Professional - System Security Architect preferred - SAP Certified Technology Associate - SAP System Security and Authorizations preferred **Professional experience**: - Advanced knowledge and skills in SAP Security area - Expertise in SAP Access Control configuration and process implementation - Expertise in SAP GRC Process Control configuration and process implementation **Travel Requirements**: - Up to 20 % **Our Offer** At **Zimmer Biomet**, we believe in **The Power of Us**, which means that we are stronger together.
