**Job Purpose**

Develop and publish the monthly schedule of pilots and co-pilots of all flights operated globally by Vueling in the bases assigned, by Company planning standards and strategy, and with the current regulatory framework, to achieve maximum productivity & efficiency, flight crew satisfaction and quality of life, and assure the compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.

**Main Accountabilities**
- To ensure that all the necessary information is available to carry out the planning, and identify the working days to fly.
- To ensure the best solution for the Company and its employees, while meeting productivity & efficiency needs, flight crew requests, and maintaining satisfaction and quality of life, all while complying with legal and regulatory requirements.

**Main Responsibilities - Tasks**
- Design and maintain **monthly long-term rosters** for Flight Deck crew, ensuring compliance with regulatory, union, and company requirements.
- Run **optimization processes** using Jeppesen Crew Rostering tools to meet operational and business needs.
- Manage and update rosters within the **Airline Information Management System (AIMS)**.
- Maintain and update crew databases, ensuring accurate administration of crew records.
- Lead and execute all monthly processes across the **Crew Planning value chain**.
- Actively contribute to **process improvement projects** and support business transformation initiatives.
- Ensure continuous communication and effective collaboration with all relevant stakeholders (Flight Operations, Pilots, Training, Safety, HR, and other teams within Crew Planning).
- Conduct **data analysis** (SQL, Tableau) to monitor performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

**Education**
- University degree and/or **3+ years of experience** in a similar position, preferably in commercial aviation.

**Experience**
- 2-4 years of airport (or airlines companies) relevant experience.
- Solid understanding of **airline operations**, ideally within a low-cost carrier environment.
- Hands-on experience with **Crew Planning software** (e.g., AIMS, Jeppesen Crew Products).
- Strong proficiency in **Microsoft Office tools** (Excel, PowerPoint) and advanced knowledge of **SQL, and Tableau**.
