- Design and Architecture: Develop end-to-end Power BI solutions, including data modelling, ETL processes, and visualization components. **Design and implement efficient, scalable, and reusable Power BI data models. Proven experience as a Power BI Developer or Architect and Strong knowledge of data modelling concepts and DAX**.
- Design and Visualisation Skills: Lead the design and implementation of Power BI solutions to meet customer business requirements. **Good Design and Visualisation Skills** for Power BI Dashboard.
- Report Optimization: Good Knowledge on Report Optimization Techniques, DAX performance optimization tools, Experience in extracting and loading data from REST APIs
- Collaboration**:Collaborate with business Users/analysts, stakeholders, Offshore Dev team** and other teams to gather requirements and understand business needs.
- Dashboard and Report Development: Create visually appealing and interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI. Ensure the delivery of insightful and actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Data Governance and Security: Implement data governance best practices within Power BI solutions. Define and enforce security measures to protect sensitive data.
- Performance Optimization: Optimize Power BI reports and dashboards for performance and responsiveness. Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues.
- Documentation: Document Power BI solutions, data models, and processes. Maintain up-to-date documentation for future reference and knowledge sharing.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about the latest Power BI features and updates. Propose and implement improvements to existing Power BI solutions.

**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Expertise in designing and implementing ETL processes.
- Understanding of data governance, security, and compliance within Power BI.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: _Data Analyst Associate or Microsoft Certified: Power BI_
**Technical/ Soft Skills**:
- **Proficient in Microsoft Power BI.**:
- **Strong SQL, Snowflake and Synapse DWH Skills**:
