The purpose of this position is to develop and implement sourcing process strategies in tools with the agreement of the category teams, while ensuring the results of the process generate optimum service, adoption of tools, and adherence to expected timelines for contract compliance. In this role you will work primarily with the buyers to ensure materials and services are run through Requests For x and contracted. We have a Service Center who will provide hands on support to execute the event, as well we create analyses during the entire process to educate on forecasts, budgeting, material master data, the supply base. The Service Center activities are derived from the output of this role.

In this role you will collaborate i.e. with Procurement Center of Excellence team, Procurement Organization (VP, Directors, Buying Teams), IT and external providers. The position does not have direct reports but you will be coordinating the sourcing platform activities of GSS procurement teams. The role is hybrid, based in our Oviedo office (Asturias).

**Your Key Responsibilities**:

- Work to ensure utilization of procurement related tools by business stakeholders to the max benefit of IFF
- Engage with Procurement stakeholders as well as IT, Ops, Quality and supply chain teams to ensure completeness and accuracy of data and reporting.
- Manage training documents and tool access with Sourcing Coordinator
- Identify new tools or opportunities to support growth in Procurement area
- Assess sourcing needs and propose execution: auction, RFx, ad hoc
- Support design, development and testing requirements for sourcing master data in conjunction with test scenarios, tool assessments, transitional ERPs
- Other duties as assigned by direct line managers.

**Your Requirements**:

- University degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Business Admin / Economics, Management, Supply Chain, or Information Systems or relevant
- Proficiency in spoken and written English, other language is a plus
- Procurement systems experience (Zycus, Coupa, Ariba or alternate)
- Strong experience (using) dashboard tools such as Power BI
- Willingness to take initiative, be hands on and result driven
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Team player exhibiting collaboration, active listening and problem-solving skills
- Microsoft tools, emphasis on Excel with minimum mid-level skills
- SAP knowledge preferred.

Location: Oviedo, Asturias. Hybrid working model (on-site & home-office).
