**Your role**

FunPlus is looking for a **Senior Game Producer **to build a next generation casual mobile studio in Barcelona. We are looking for someone passionate about creating new games, with a wide range of experience in mobile casual game development and a proven track record of developing and implementing successful strategies with a business-oriented mind. As a producer, you will lead interdisciplinary teams to deliver exciting experiences for millions of players around the world.

**Your responsibilities**
- Lead the game development in terms of priorities and processes, ensuring meeting deadlines for the different milestones during the product development.
- Identify the best strategic direction and talented minds who can build the next successful world class game IP’s.
- Work closely with team and studio leadership to execute short and long term strategy.
- Prove and estimate the value of the game and the audience during the early stages of the IP creation.
- Review and discuss production priorities, timelines, and scope with the core team.
- Be in charge of the budget, supplier management and the day-to-day management of the team.
- Coordinate and motivate the team to meet deadlines.
- Quality control in the main areas of game development: Game Design, Graphic Design, Programming.
- Align with company management and other business units to help find cross-unit synergies, opportunities and drive success.
- Innovate and drive the implementation of new features and functions that make the loyalty experience more fun, profitable, viral, and revolutionizing.
- Full responsibility for driving the vision and culture of the game teams.

**Your profile**
- Several years of experience as a game producer, having released a successful casual mobile game in the past
- Self-motivated, energetic and passionate about building new games.
- A highly collaborative and innovative spirit.
- Mentorship: motivation to share their expertise to guide the team and to be a visionary for the product roadmap.
- Experience with KPI analytics and user behavior.
- Experience in managing projects from concept to release.
- High attention to detail including a proven ability to manage multiple cross-discipline teams, competing priorities and complex project interdependencies.
- Previous mobile experience, passion for games and a solid understanding of the current gaming market and free to play monetization.
- Knowledge of rights and licensing.
- A skilled communicator and presenter.
- Ability to be agile and hands-on day to day.
- Ability to multitask in a fast changing, challenging global environment.
- Self starter, ability to think outside the box.
- Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English, Mandarin is a plus.
