**About the role**

As a **Legal Counsel Litigation** focused on procedural law, you will provide support in legal files and judicial proceedings, as well as extrajudicial claims.

**What you'll do**
- Participate in the management of ongoing litigation and legal cases.
- Keep files up-to-date.
- Manage relationships with external collaborators.
- Draft transactional agreements.
- Stay informed about changes in relevant laws and regulations.
- Contribute to ongoing projects of the Legal team.
- Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.

**What you’ll need**
- Bachelor Degree in Law in Spain and Master's in Access to the Legal Profession.
- 4 years of work experience in a top-tier law firm, with a focus on procedural law, especially in the consumer law domain.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in Spanish and English.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to effectively solve problems.
- Capability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
- Up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations in the field.
- Meticulous profile with attention to detail.
- Autonomous and continuously updated with current legislation.
