Financial Systems Inhouse Consultant - Workday Adaptive Planning
Join an international technology scale-up in Madrid and focus on improving the Financial Systems set up
The company is expanding quickly and looking for an experienced Financial Systems expert with strong Workday Adaptive / Adaptive Insights experience to join the team and focus on delivering efficient and scalable Finance IT Systems to enable the business to upscale.
This role will own and lead projects to implement and improve financial systems including Workday and Netsuite. A great chance to join a leading tech company in Madrid, Spain
**Your Responsibilities**:
Design and configure scaleable finance systems and processes for key areas including Accounting, Controlling and FP&A areas
Lead projects to design and deploy finance technology and automation as the bridge between Finance stakeholders and IT engineers, leveraging Workday and Netsuite technology and integrated solutions e.g. CRM (Salesforce)
Drive development, maintenance and improvement of financial reporting and dashboards
Provide training and support to end-users on Workday Adaptive Planning / Adaptive Insights functionality and best practices as well as related financial systems
**Desired Qualifications**:
Strong Financial Systems expertise in Workday Finance, Workday Adaptive Planning (Adaptive Insights), Netsuite or similar
Excellent knowledge of financial processes including Financial Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, FP&A, Financial Controlling, and related areas e.g. Accounting GL, AP, AR
Experience as Financial Systems Project Manager or Product Owner
Finance Systems Implementation or Consulting experience
