Reporting the Area Sales Manager, carry out the promotion, sales and distribution of the company products and services, according to the Sales Manager guidelines, keeping and increasing the customer base, in order to meet sales objectives for all Straumann.

**YOUR TASKS**
- Achieve the allocated sales goals, not only in the quantitative but also in the qualitative field.
- Prospect and develop market in his/her assigned area.
- Keep and promote the engagement of the developed customer portfolio.
- Manage and promote the product and customer training activities portfolio.
- Coordinate his/her actions, according to the Area Sales Manager guidelines and the Marketing department activities.
- Carry out monitoring actions required in order to guarantee the highest effectiveness in goal achievement.
- Report all activities and relevant information into the CRM system.
- Participate in regional and national trade shows.
- Any other duties stemming from the needs of the position.

**YOUR PROFILE**
- At least 3 year in a similar position.
- Degree on Dental Prosthesis and Bachelor Degree valuable.
- Knowledge on negotiation techniques.
- Experience in added value / solutions selling.
- Dental market and product knowledge valuable
- Stress resistance.
- Results oriented.
- Team player.
