As part of Mazars’ strategic move to create a centralized and multi-country delivery Center of Excellence (CoE) to serve clients in Switzerland and across Europe, we are hiring Junior and Senior Auditors to join this strongly growing international team in Barcelona. This is an opportunity to contribute to a strategic project at Mazars and to work in an English-speaking and truly international environment with a high number of countries.

**Your mission**:
As a real member of Mazars Switzerland’s team, you will be involved in a variety of audit assignments with a portfolio of companies in various sectors of activity (Industry, Services, Trading, Real Estate, and Public Sector).

The audit missions will be supervised daily by Managers based in Barcelona and Switzerland. You will work for Swiss and international clients in conjunction with the audit teams and/or directly with the clients and the audit will include:

- Carrying out audit assignments for our clients on various mandates for national and international companies under various accounting standards (IFRS, US GAAP, and Swiss GAAP)
- Auditing the balance sheet and income statement cycles (senior level), preparing the audit working papers, and writing the related conclusion memos
- For Seniors: Coordinate and organize the missions, in connection with the managers and partners - you can also be in direct contact with the clients
- For Seniors: Preparing client presentations and reports (reports and recommendations)
- Supporting the audit teams on large-scale operations (mergers, acquisitions in particular) or other activities (internal audit, large coordination of local audit teams )
- Carrying out various missions not related to the legal audit (GAAP to GAAP conversion projects, participation in proposals, etc.)
- For Seniors: Coaching and supervising teams on mandates
- For Seniors: Training and accompanying the juniors in their evolution
- Participation in various internal projects and development initiatives of our clients
- Direct relationship with the client both remotely and in the field

**Qualifications**:

- You have a bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, or similar, or a master’s degree in accounting, auditing, or finance.
- For Seniors: You have at least 2-3 years of experience in auditing in an international environment
- For Juniors: You have at least 1 year of experience in auditing in an international environment
- You have a very good knowledge of English
- You have excellent synthesis and analysis skills
- You are a self-starter and like challenges
