Desde nuestra Dirección de Operaciones, en el departamento de **Planning and Business Control de Field Service, **buscamos incorporar un** Técnico/a de Planning & Business Control.**
¿Cuáles serás tus **funciones**?
- Seguimiento y análisis de indicadores operacionales diarios, semanales y mensuales así como la
- Elaboración cuadros de mando para el control de la operación en campo.
- Análisis y seguimiento de los principales KPIs operativos
- Realización de mejoras en los informes actuales mediante la automatización de BBDD
- Migración de informes a Power BI
- Extracción de información bajo demanda.
- Creación y seguimiento de pilotos: puesta en marcha, gestión y resultados.
¿Qué buscamos?
- Excelente manejo de Excel, Access y Power BI.
- Nociones básicas de SQL.
- Planificación, organización de trabajo.
- Otras áreas dentro del departamento de Field Service (Territoriales, FSA, Process Improvement, Field Service Support).
- **Valorable conocimiento en**: SQL, DAX, Conceptos generales de programación, Python, Algoritmos (Maching Learning), SPSS (Módeler), paquete office, access, Business Objects, Power BI.
