To be successful in this role, you will need legal corporate knowledge, communication skills and to be a fast learner. Knowledge in venture capital, transactions or investments is highly valued. You will be able to learn from the best startups, venture analysts, VC’s and corporations, and essentially thrive in a busy, team-oriented environment.
**HOW YOU’LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE**:
- Contributing to the communication and negotiation with founders and VCs
- Executing investment documents throughout different jurisdictions
- Supporting the venture analysts’ team
- Participating in the due diligences
- Summarizing information
- Keeping track of a portfolio
**REQUIRED EXPERIENCE**:
- Graduated in Law (Law + Business highly valued)
- Strong English oral and written communication skills
- Excellent academic record highly valued
- Strong organizational skills and detailed-oriented
- Capable to manage time-sensitive documents in a fast-paced environment
- Able to contribute in a team-oriented environment
- Corporate legal knowledge
- Interest in venture capital and corporate innovation
- Position based in Valencia (hybrid work)*** Plug and Play's global attendance policy: 3 days at the office, 2 days home.
