**More about the role**

This is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as a (add job title here) in (add job location here) with Signify.

To ensure Signify’s digital ecosystem—owned platforms, product data, and content—is discoverable, interpretable, and preferred by AI systems and search engines. This role drives the technical and strategic readiness of our digital assets for AI-based discovery, recommendation, and commerce. It acts as a strategic enabler within DE&P, connecting technology, data, and content to make our content & products visible and trusted across AI-driven channels.

**1. Strategy & Capability Enablement**:

- Define and implement the AI discoverability roadmap across owned and controlled channels.
- Translate SEO foundations into AI Optimization (AIO): structured data, knowledge graphs, schema markup, and multimodal readiness.
- Develop internal playbooks, standards, and training to build AI discoverability capability across digital and marketing teams.
- Partner with Marketing Excellence & Business to embed AI discoverability objectives in campaign and content planning.

**2. Data & Platform Integration**:

- Collaborate with Commercial Excellence and Data Management to ensure product metadata, taxonomy, and identifiers are standardized and machine-readable.
- Work with IT to maintain APIs and integrations enabling content & product data feeds to external platforms (Amazon, ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.).
- Coordinate with internal platform owners (CMS, PIM, DAM) and external data brokers (IceCat, Flixmedia, etc.) to align data standards and ensure unified discoverability.
- Champion the link between product content repositories and AI platforms for accurate, compliant recommendations.

**3. Technical SEO & AI Readiness**:

- Govern site architecture, Core Web Vitals, schema.org implementation, and crawlability.
- Ensure all owned domains and repositories are optimized for indexing by AI assistants and search engines.
- Build and maintain guidelines for multimodal optimization (text, image, video) to ensure data and content can be parsed by AI models.
- Partner with IT and Legal to ensure all data exposure aligns with Signify’s privacy, security, and ethical AI standards.

**4. Partnerships & Ecosystem Development**:

- Liaise with AI platform providers (OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, Amazon) to explore data-sharing, plugin, or licensing opportunities.
- Engage with digital ecosystem partners and data brokers to expand controlled channel presence.
- Evaluate and manage vendors or tools supporting AI optimization and discoverability analytics.
- Represent DE&P in cross-functional AI innovation initiatives and strategic platform discussions.

**5. Measurement, Governance & Alignment**:

- Define and track KPIs such as AI discoverability index, AI-driven traffic share, and recommendation visibility.
- Build dashboards and reporting mechanisms for leadership visibility.
- Chair the Discoverability Council across businesses and markets to ensure global standards, data quality, and aligned KPIs.
- Provide insights and guidance to ensure owned and controlled channel strategies are measurable and scalable across markets.

- 7+ years of experience in Digital Experience, SEO, or Data-Driven Optimization roles.
- Hybrid background: digital marketing + data architecture + AI literacy.
- Deep understanding of SEO, content modeling, structured data, and web performance.
- Familiarity with AI assistants, APIs, and LLM-based search behavior.
- Strong cross-functional leadership: able to align Marketing, Data, IT, and Business teams.
- Experience with CMS, PIM, and syndication tools; understanding of schema.org and GS1 standards.
- Excellent communication and influence skills, with proven ability to drive adoption across global teams.
