MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Coordinate Central Lab projects in the context of clinical trials, which entails, among others- Communicating with and meeting the requirements of clients, CROs and clinical sites;
- Overviewing the preparation of kits for clinical trials.

Coordinate the shipment of biological samples with clients, CROs and clinical sites
- Liaising with courier services;
- Organizing sample shipments;
- Managing queries and the resolution of incidents;
- Obtaining import-export permits, supporting the process of customs clearance, etc.
- Prepare Central Lab technical documentation (e.g. Lab Manual, Clinical Kits Agreement, Clinics forms, etc.).
- Provide training to the sites (preparation of slides and on-line training sessions).
- Project management with Sponsors and clinics assistance.
- Manage orders and suppliers, including placing and following-up orders, receiving and reviewing content of orders, etc.
- Participate in the department general duties and organization (e.g. update SOPs, forms and templates).

REQUIRED PROFILE & QUALIFICATIONS
- University degree or Professional Training in Life Sciences. Master in Clinical Trial Monitoring will be valued.
- Organised & methodical, while active & decisive person.
- Capacity to coordinate & execute projects.
- Excellent level of English.
- Proficiency in MS-Office, especially Excel and Word.

- Strong communication and organizational skills, and capacity to work in teams.
- Proactive and hands-on approach.
- High level of motivation and enthusiastic personality.
