We are embarking on an exciting venture within our product line, focused on AI-powered services. To lead this initiative, we're assembling a specialized team to develop and maintain these cutting-edge solutions.

We're seeking an experienced **AI Team Lead (Python)** who will collaborate with experts to design and build these services from the ground up. In the next phase, this leader will assemble and manage a new team to further enhance and scale the AI capabilities.

**WHAT YOU'LL DO**
- Design and develop scalable, high-performance Python service architectures.
- Implement new features leveraging AI functionality.
- Ensure technical quality and monitor production services for performance and stability.
- Contribute to and maintain the technical roadmap.
- Lead recruitment efforts and manage team performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and experts for seamless integration and operation of services.

- AWS
- Docker, Kubernetes
- Python (FastAPI, Asinc.io)
- PostgreSQL (pgvector)
- Redis

**WHAT YOU'LL BRING**
- 5+ years of experience as a Python Developer, specializing in high-load systems.
- Deep knowledge of Python and asynchronous programming techniques.
- Proficient in PostgreSQL, Redis, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Experience in AI/ML, including data analysis and improving quality metrics.
- Proven experience as an Engineering Manager, with a focus on hiring and team performance.
- Strong familiarity with Agile methodologies and practices.
