Job Description: MEP Execution Director

Primary Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems implementation
- Oversee technical execution of critical industrial infrastructure
- Manage complex installation processes including:

- Electrical systems
- HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning)
- Fire Protection Systems (PCI)
- Specialized industrial utilities
- Ensure full compliance with technical specifications and safety standards

Technical Scope of Work

Electrical Systems
- Supervise high-voltage and low-voltage electrical installations
- Coordinate power distribution infrastructure
- Manage electrical safety and compliance protocols

HVAC Systems
- Direct climate control and ventilation system implementation
- Ensure precise environmental control for battery production facilities
- Manage energy efficiency and thermal management solutions

Fire Protection Systems (PCI)
- Implement comprehensive fire prevention and suppression systems
- Ensure compliance with industrial safety regulations
- Develop and maintain emergency response protocols

Required Qualifications
- Professional Experience:

- 5+ years in industrial MEP systems management
- Proven track record in complex industrial facility installations
- Advanced technical expertise in manufacturing infrastructure
