**About the role**:
As a D365 Delivery Lead for ERP, you are responsible for ensuring that the programs that you are involved in are delivered successfully. You will work with our sales and delivery team to ensure that we promise what we can deliver and then deliver on our promises.

You are responsible for supporting your team to enable the successful delivery of the program that you and the team are working on. Empowered by the capabilities from our global business and your team, you will deliver value for your client.

You work closely with your client to ensure that we understand what they need to grow and improve their business and what their main success factor is for the program that you are involved in together.

To be successful in this role you will have the following experience
- The ability to participate in key pursuits representing the delivery function for all things ERP
- A strong D365 ERP Delivery background, working with customers in varying sectors and delivering successful projects through to completion.
- Engage customers in meaningful dialogue about their business to mutually explore all opportunities.
- Lead the delivery of the solution on the program level at the agreed upon term, cost (ODE), schedule and quality level.
- Provide program leadership to your teams, who can be offshore, onshore and near shore.
- Ensure understanding of all stakeholder's goals and expectations, address any misalignment and monitor and control the program to meet/exceed the agreed expectations.
- Provide strategic direction to all change management and change enablement process throughout project duration.
- Track record of establishing and maintaining successful relationship with the C-suite at your customers. You are able to articulate value delivered in a manner that drives and influences customer commitment and future partnership
