**Your mission as our Administrative Technician Hero will be**:

- Incorporations: Preparation and signing of contracts and documents, checking if everything is correct and filing all the documentation.
- Labor documentation: changes in the contract, delivery of company certificates, medical leave and others.
- Support to the office staff in labor issues: vacations, permits and other doubts.
- Timenet management: users authorizations and cancellations, vacations and schedule management
- Payroll management: modifications and sending of monthly payroll
- Odoo-HR: users authorizations and cancellations, information registration
- Odoo-Accounting: support to Administration for posting invoices
- Office management: document scanning and archiving, team building preparation and training courses

**Your superpowers**:

- At least 2 years in a similar job
- Someone who is responsible with his/her own work and duties
- Very important: social skills (communication, empathy, listening)
- Good organization skills
- Someone who enjoys working in a team
- Good level of English
