Reporting the Corporate QHSE Director, the Process Engineer has the authority and responsibility to provide technological and process improvements to the Plants for the constant improvement of the extrusion, cutting, handling or any process in general of the factories for a standardization of the operations that represent a saving of costs. Manage Capex projects.
Main duties:
- Develop the system that allows the capture and saving of data of the parameters of the extrusion process to improve its control in real time, its subsequent analysis of these and introduce improvementin the process.
- Enable digital quality control equipment and output (MES) that provides machine operators with information at the foot of the line on the quality of the finished product, so that they can act quickly and agilely on the process to correct possible non-conformities during the extrusion process itself.
- Join the MES implementation team and support the completion of MES roll out within the group.

**Exp**erienci**a**
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Automation.
- Automatic, Industrial Digitization (MES).
- Accustomed to working with ERP systems.
- Good knowledge of Tia Portal.
- Good knowledge of Excel.
**Formación**
- Ingenieria Superior/Técnica.
- Lean Six Sigma.
- Masters will be an asset.
**Req**uisitos**
- Languages: high English and French will be a plus.
- High level of creativity (out of the box thinker)
- Skills to influence and work aligned with the different plants
- Good communicator.
- Good project manager.
