**Position Overview**

For this exciting new project launching in summer 2025, the Runner is a vital part of the service flow, ensuring a seamless connection between the kitchen, the service team, and our guests. With speed, precision, and a service-minded attitude, you’ll deliver food and beverages to the correct destinations while helping maintain the rhythm and efficiency of the guest experience.

You’re a key behind-the-scenes player—organized, proactive, and focused on the finer details. You collaborate closely with the waitstaff, kitchen, and hostess teams to ensure dishes are delivered promptly, correctly, and with care.

Though your interaction with guests may be limited, your presence and professionalism directly impact their satisfaction. You’ll also serve as a brand ambassador, embodying the energy and lifestyle of the Nikki Beach Hospitality Group and supporting your team in creating memorable, elevated moments.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen or bar to the appropriate tables, beds, or cabanas quickly and accurately
- Handle dishes, trays, and service ware with care, elegance, and precision in line with brand standards
- Collaborate with Chefs de Rang, kitchen staff, and hostesses to ensure seamless service flow
- Double-check plating, garnishes, sides, and temperatures to confirm order accuracy before delivery
- Assist with resetting tables, refilling water, clearing dishes, and other guest service tasks as needed
- Maintain a constant presence in service areas, proactively supporting floor team members
- Keep service stations and back-of-house areas clean, organized, and well-stocked
- Follow all opening, service, and closing procedures for your assigned section
- Uphold all hygiene, safety, and food handling protocols
- Communicate any service delays or issues to supervisors immediately
- Maintain high standards of grooming, uniform, and professional behavior at all times
- Participate in pre-shift briefings and stay informed of daily specials, events, and service updates
- Help foster team spirit by contributing to a supportive and positive work environment
- Represent the brand with discretion, efficiency, and attention to detail

**Required Qualifications and Competencies**
- Previous experience in a high-volume hospitality or restaurant environment preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to remain calm, efficient, and friendly under pressure
- Energetic, team-oriented, and proactive approach to service
- Passion for hospitality and delivering excellence in every task
- Basic understanding of food and beverage presentation
- Fluency in English is mandatory; additional languages such as Spanish or German are a plus
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings
