**Ubicación**: Madrid (Las Tablas) - modalidad híbrida (2-3 días presencial)
**Salario**: Hasta 40.000 - 45.000 € brutos anuales (según experiência y conocimiento)
**Descripción del puesto**:
- Buscamos un/a Data Scientist Jr. con entre 1 y 2 años de experiência para unirse a nuestro equipo en un proyecto prioritario. La persona seleccionada trabajará directamente con clientes y formará parte de un equipo dinámico que utiliza metodologías ágiles para el desarrollo de soluciones basadas en datos.
**Responsabilidades**:
- Análisis y modelado de datos utilizando Python y librerías orientadas a Machine Learning.
- Implementación de procesos de MLOps para facilitar la integración y despliegue de modelos.
- Colaborar en sprints ágiles utilizando Jira.
- Comunicación efectiva con clientes para entender y traducir sus necesidades.
**Requisitos**:
- Experiência de 1-2 años en Data Science o Data Analysis.
- Dominio de programación en Python y librerías específicas para ML (scikit-learn, pandas, numpy, etc.).
- Conocimientos en MLOps.
- Experiência trabajando en entornos ágiles y uso de Jira.
- Disponibilidad para trabajo presencial 2-3 días a la semana en nuestras oficinas de Madrid, Las Tablas.
- Buen nível de interlocución y comunicación.
**Valorable**:
- Conocimiento del ecosistema de datos de BBVA.
- Experiência con AWS.
- Conocimientos en PySpark.
- Familiaridad con el sector bancario, especialmente en riesgos.
- Nível de inglés mínimo B2 (opcional).
