**What You’ll Do**
- Take full ownership of the warehouse - inbound, outbound, storage, and inventory control
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming goods with speed and precision
- Coordinate material flow to production - make sure the right parts are in the right place at the right time
- Track inventory levels and maintain accurate records in our ERP system
- Develop and enforce warehouse procedures that prioritize safety, traceability, and efficiency
- Work closely with procurement, engineering, and production to support planning and execution
- Ensure packing, labeling, and shipping are done according to aerospace standards
- Manage tooling and consumables - keep everything stocked, functional, and ready to use
- Identify improvement opportunities in storage layout, logistics flows, and material handling
- Train and guide warehouse assistants or technicians - lead by example, raise the standard

**Requirements**:
**What You’ll Need**
- Strong experience in warehouse operations, preferably in aerospace, defense, or a high-tech environment
- Solid understanding of logistics, inventory management, and material traceability
- Hands-on experience with ERP or inventory systems - you’re organized and data-savvy
- Familiarity with handling sensitive or high-value technical components
- Forklift license and experience with warehouse equipment is a big plus
- Knowledge of basic ESD protection, safety procedures, and clean storage practices
- Comfortable working in fast-moving environments with tight timelines
- Working proficiency in English is required
