(Please send your CV to us in English) **Core Responsibilities** Focus on generating traffic to the organization’s e-commerce site, converting site visitors to paying customers, and driving repeat sales including: - Ensuring that the e-commerce site is visually appealing, easy to navigate and find products, responsive (i.e., pages and pop-ups load quickly), and includes clear/detailed product descriptions and photos - Developing and implementing online shopper marketing tactics (e.g., daily deals, user registration discounts, shipping promotions, customer reviews, similar/complementary product recommendations, etc.) - Encouraging repeat sales through product/packaging quality, post-sale product updates and promotions, and high quality customer service Do you have what it takes - Experience in e-Commerce paid search ideally from a premium consumer brand or digital agency - Experience of mentoring/coaching a team in everything "search" - Excellent analytical skills, a passion for data metrics and the ability to turn analysis into the creation, execution of actionable e-Commerce programs and digital campaigns - Comfort with technology, including the ability to understand key technical issues and their implications - Fluency in website performance suites and database platforms - Shopper-centric orientation with proven track-record of acting and developing on shopper insights - Strong networking and interpersonal skills **Play your part in our team succeeding** Digital Marketing is focused on generating traffic to the organisation’s e-commerce site, converting site visitors to paying customers, and driving repeat sales.
