The role is highly interactive and will offer the opportunity to work with several internal departments and external partners as well as Group and Local Markets teams.
- Engaging with Commercial and Product Management functions, and with Technology Product Owners, to ensure high-quality requirements and a healthy product backlog
- Translate functional and non-functional requirements into solutions that span the end-to-end implementation; this includes the determination of costs for the development of the end-to-end solution.
- Responsible for the High-Level Design of the solution, making sure it meets the Product Requirements.
- Accountable for the end-to-end solution (technical design authority, review of service model, IT architecture, low-level design, security by design, privacy and Legal & Regulatory policies,..), making sure the products are launched with the right balance between compliance to requirements, delivery time/cost and quality
- Drive and technical aspects of the vendor management, setting the technical priorities and driving the product improvement
- Contribute to improving the end-to-end In-Life Operating Model, owning the product lifecycle, and ensuring ‘end of life’ events are managed appropriately

**What you bring**:

- Positive team player attitude, ability to collaboratively address any complex issues
- Strong communication and presentation skills, to both technical and non technical audiences
- Expertise in Cisco Meraki and SASE technologies
- Experience in dealing with internal stakeholders and external partners as well as with virtual teams geographically dispersed
- Ability to manage multiple & changing priorities and follow-up until delivered
- Proven ability to deal with technically and operationally complex solutions with strict timelines
- Ability to deal with product lifecycle activities
- Relevant higher education in a related field (computer science/networking field with elements of modern SW programming)
- CCNA, CCNP, or
- Meraki (e.g. ECMS1, ECMS2, CMNA), or
- Viptela, or
- SDN (Software Defined Network) - SDWAN, SDLAN, etc.
