Join us as a Casino Content Experience Executive and bring your passion to the heart of our gaming operations. You’ll be in charge of keeping our casino lobbies fresh, exciting, and optimized across Canada, Spain, Brazil, Portugal, and Colombia — spotlighting top-performing games and curating standout player experiences.

You’ll collaborate with global teams to drive content strategy, cross-sell with Sports, and make data-driven decisions based on player behavior and trends. If you are detail-oriented, analytical, and fluent in English, this could be your perfect fit.

**What you will do**
- Manage and update the Casino Lobby of our brands (bwin, PartyCasino, Sportingbet and Sports Interaction), selecting and promoting games based on performance, player engagement, market trends of each region, and promotional priorities.
- Monitor and analyze daily reports to understand game performance and optimize positioning based on revenue impact.
- Work closely with internal teams (Content, Casino Product, and CRM) to align promotions with business objectives and campaigns.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends in online casino, crash games, and player preferences to ensure an innovative and engaging experience, by analyzing competitor offerings, new game mechanics, and emerging player preferences.
- Collaborate with Casino team and game providers to ensure the latest and most relevant titles are featured.
- Optimize content placement using real-time data, A/B testing, and player segmentation to enhance engagement and retention.
- Conduct A/B testing on game placements to improve player engagement and maximize revenue.
- Ensure a smooth user experience by regularly reviewing and maintaining lobby updates, banners, and promotional content.
- Provide insights and recommendations on game performance to enhance overall casino content strategy.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and responsible gaming requirements across all markets.

**Qualifications**
- Strong knowledge of the iGaming industry, including game mechanics, trends, and player behaviours.
- Experience in content management, preferably within the gaming or betting industry.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret reports and optimize content based on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerBI, Looker, or similar reporting tools to track and analyze game performance.
- Excellent English language skills (written and verbal).
- You'll be working with people in different time zones, so it's important to stay organised and know how to prioritise your tasks well.
