The Role
We're looking for a Staff Product Manager; this senior role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution and requires strong influence across cross-functional teams. You’ll define the long-term vision, align stakeholders, and deliver outcomes that drive growth. You’ll work across product domains to bring insights to teams, collaborate across the product organization, and raise the overall quality of product thinking. We're looking for someone who thrives in complexity, navigates ambiguity with confidence, and owns problems end-to-end.
What You'll Be Doing
**As a Staff Product Manager at Factorial, you will**:

- Own your product: Define the long-term vision, roadmap, and strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment across teams and business goals.
- Lead end-to-end execution: Partner closely with Engineering, Design, and Data to deliver high-quality outcomes at speed and scale.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Work with Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, and clients to deeply understand user needs and market context.
- Drive measurable impact: Own key product metrics, business outcomes, and continuous product improvement.
- Shape strategic direction: Identify opportunities, make data-informed decisions, and influence the broader domain strategy.
- Connect across domains: Actively collaborate within the product organization to bring insights from other areas into your domain and elevate collective thinking.

What We’re Looking For
**You’re likely a great fit if you**:

- Have 8+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in B2B SaaS, with significant hands-on ownership of the full product lifecycle.
- Can lead cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Are business-driven and focused on delivering measurable impact.
- Thrive on complex challenges and navigate ambiguity with confidence.
- Are data-driven, comfortable defining hypotheses, metrics, and analyzing results.
- Have a strong sense of design and user experience, valuing simplicity and usability.
- Possess excellent communication skills, able to advocate for your vision internally and externally.
- Have GTM experience, ensuring product launches are aligned with Marketing and Sales.
- Are comfortable scaling processes and optimizing workflows across teams.
- Speak fluent English (additional languages such as Spanish, French, Italian, or German are highly valued).
- Are comfortable with scaling processes, managing multiple stakeholders, and proactively optimizing workflows—even beyond your immediate area of responsibility.

**Bonus Points if You**:

- Have worked with HR tech or similar domains.
- Have experience working in hyper-growth environments where things move fast and change is constant.
- Have proven experience in a product leadership position
- Have a solid technical understanding to bridge the gap between engineering and business

Compensation
The salary range for this position is between 80,000€ ( fix + variables) and 90,000€ (fix + variables). We won't consider how many years of experience you have but your knowledge and skills.
