**Profile sought**:
- Proven experience as an estate caretaker/manager or caretaker couple
- Strong skills in property supervision, maintenance, housekeeping, etc
- Valid driving license
- Highly autonomous and reliable
- Proficiency in Spanish (not necessarily mother tongue)
- Managerial skills to oversee additional staff during the summer season
**Conditions**:
- Permanent contract, year-round position
- On-site accommodation provided
