Currently, we're working with an special start-up, a forward-thinking start-up company based in the vibrant city of Barcelona. They're working in the new vision of the energy communities. This start up is a spin-off ofa leading engineering and consultancy firm, known for its expertise in energy and innovation projects.
Their mission is to develop digital solutions that accelerate the sustainable transformation

We are seeking an experienced Software Enginner with CTO skills to join the project. You will have the opportunity to work with the latest technologies and collaborate with a talented team of professionals. You will also have the chance to contribute to the development of cutting-edge solutions that have the potential to shape the future of the energy industry.

What will you do?
- Lead the development and implementation of the company's technical vision and strategy.
- Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of software and systems.
- Manage a team of software developers and other technical staff.
- Work closely with the CEO and other executives to align technical capabilities with business goals.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the company.
- Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and industry trends.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key technology partners and vendors.

Who you are?
- Bachelor's or master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong/Good experience in software development.
- Strong technical skills, including expertise in one or more programming languages (Typescript, Node.js and Python), and a track record of successfully delivering software projects.
- Public cloud background on Azure and/or AWS, preferably on serverless event-based architectures. Working knowledge on IoT and DevOps is a plus.
- Good understanding of database technologies (SQL, NoSQL, Graph, timeseries).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Ability to work in a fast
- paced and agile environment.

Experience in the energy industry is a plus. We also value interest on blockchain but experience not required.
