We are a professional, dynamic, multicultural team in rapid international growth, seeking new partners to help us create the best and most forward-thinking travel company of our generation. **What do we do?** We are seeking an English-speaking Copywriter with more than 3 years of experience in Copywriting (advanced level Spanish is a plus.) You will help to create unique and curiosity-piquing content that inspires our customers to book their dream trips. You will write captivating copy for our extraordinary multi-day itineraries as well as servicing various marketing channels and internal teams. **What will you do?** - Use technical and creative copywriting skills to produce a variety of assets, including newsletters, landing pages, website copy, flyers, social media posts, amongst others. - Adapt assets for use in B2B and B2C channels, understanding the nuances of communicative and persuasive techniques between audiences. - Understand, review and track the performance metrics of our assets and work together with channel owners on how to optimise them. - Have a clear understanding of full funnel communication - from awareness to conversion, and a proven ability to write persuasive copy that achieves objectives; from hooking in prospects to achieving conversions. - Take ownership of one or more channels and lead on the creative and strategic communications approach to be implemented, reporting and tracking progress with your Team Lead. - Create captivating and user-friendly trip itineraries that capture the imaginations of travelers. - Develop compelling and unique content that adheres to our branding and style guidelines. - Be tuned into popular culture with a keen awareness of current trends. - Clear understanding of how to use AI effectively without diluting distinctiveness of content. **Requirements**: - 3+ years of work experience in a similar role. - English speaker (native or advanced-level Spanish is a plus.) - In-depth understanding of conversion copywriting (Copyhackers training is a plus.) - Working knowledge of copywriting best practices for various channels including CRM, web, performance marketing, blog, and organic social media. - Proven experience writing copy for both B2B and B2C audiences. - Great writing, proofing, and editing skills. - Impeccable attention to detail. - Creative mindset and passionate about travel. - Proactive attitude, a confident self-starter and responsible in leadership of assigned channels. - Being able to multitask and meet tight deadlines without compromising on quality of work. - Experience conceptualising and implementing marketing campaigns across multiple channels is a plus. - Translation and transcreation experience is a plus. **Benefits** - Competitive compensation package in line with job responsibilities and experience. - Additionally, we propose the use of flexible compensation management for diet, transportation, private health insurance with Cobee. - Hybrid work model: Offices in Barcelona city. - Permanent contract from the start. - Travel packages at reduced prices - Referral bonus, if you bring people as talented as you. - Unlimited coffee, team lunches, English lesson, bi-anual company parties.
